Have fun at HAPPY SPACE in Queensmere on Sunday March 20th.
Join local creatives in our playful happy space to express your love of Slough through music, dance, arts, crafts. Write and perform songs, poems, stories. Participate in ‘speed smiling’, ‘talking heads’ and ‘drumming up happiness’.
Learn laughter yoga and salsa dancing and create your own happy dance. Make recycled art, seed bombs, happy stones, hearts and flowers. Practice ‘random act of kindness’. HAPPY SPACE will be a place to connect with friends old and new.

Do you live, work or play in Slough? Do you have happy memories of Slough? Or are you just curious about Slough?
Then come along to Slough’s HAPPY SPACE micro-festival, and take part in a playful celebration of all that makes us happy about Slough.
We’re bringing together local creatives to create a safe, playful, happy space where you can express yourself and your love of Slough through music, dance, arts, crafts, storytelling.
You’ll be able to write and perform songs, poems, stories for Slough. Participate in ‘speed smiling’, ‘speed story telling’ ‘talking heads’ and ‘drumming up happiness’. Learn laughter yoga or salsa dancing and create your own happy dance.
Make recycled art, seed bombs, bath bombs, happy stones, hearts and flowers and then share the love by practicing ‘random act of kindness’.
HAPPY SPACE will be a place to connect with friends old and new - to have fun, be kind and spread happiness. Come and be part of it and put a big smile on the face of Slough.
Post a ‘smile for Slough’ selfie or your design for a ‘postcard for Slough’ on socials before March 14th and tag #LOVESLOUGH @HOMESlough @happyslough and we’ll collate and curate to create an artwork for display at HAPPY SPACE.
