Celebrating 10 Years of Creative People and Places

June 2022 sees the start of celebrations to mark the tenth anniversary of Arts Council England’s Creative People and Places (CPP) programme.

HOME Slough will be joining Arts Council England and the 38 other CPP projects across the country in looking back at some of the incredible projects that have made such a difference to the individuals and communities around England.

Check out #CreatYourPlace on Twitter to join the celebrations.

Since its launch in 2012, Creative People and Places has seen over 7.5 million engagements and £108 million investment nationally. Over the next three years, Arts Council England is investing £38.3 million in Creative People and Places through National Lottery funding – £750,000 of which is earmarked for HOME Slough. This will ensure more communities can choose the creativity and culture on offer in their local area.

Creative People and Places represents part of Arts Council England commitment to “everyone, everywhere” being able to enjoy high quality cultural experiences as part of the Let’s Create strategy.
